低雷诺数模型模拟UV反应器湍流流场

     

摘要

This paper simulated the UV disinfection reactor by employing a CFD commercial software FLUENT based on the low Re k-ε model. To a large extent, the structure of the reactor design can influence the level of disinfection of drinking water and determine the reactor's operation and maintenance costs. Therefore, optimizing design of the structure in reactor is very important. The result showed that the low Re k-ε based simulation agrees well with the experiment. Therefore, the low Reynolds k-ε model can be considered as a reliable model to analysis of the flow field in UV disinfection reactor. This model can be applied to analysis the flow field in UV disinfection reactor with different structures, so as to improve the structural design of the reactor to enhance the disinfection.%依据低雷诺数k-ε模型,用CFD商业软件FLUENT,对UV消毒反应器进行数值模拟.UV消毒反应器结构的设计可以在很大程度上影响到饮用水的消毒水平,并且影响到了反应器的运行维护费用,因此优化反应器的结构设计十分重要.结果表明,运用低雷诺数k-ε模型模拟UV流场得到的结果能很好地符合实验得到的结果.因此,低雷诺数k-ε模型可以作为分析UV消毒反应器内的流场分布的可靠模型,该模型可以应用于分析不同结构的UV消毒反应器内的流动情况,帮助改善反应器的结构设计以达到改进消毒效果的目的.
