山东省资源环境绩效与压力评估研究

摘要

提高资源环境综合绩效是实现区域经济可持续发展的关键。研究以山东省17个地级城市为例，以2007-2011年为研究区段，运用基于 GIS的空间分析、熵权、加权综合分析、雷达图等评价方法，从时间变化、位序变化和空间变化三方面分析各地市资源环境综合绩效指数的变化趋势，资源环境压力的总体变化趋势以及区域差异。结果显示：山东省2011年资源环境综合绩效总体呈现东高西低，北高南低的空间分布趋势；研究期间资源环境综合绩效指数不断降低；根据资源环境压力评价结果，将17地市划分为5类资源环境压力表现型，针对每一类型城市，提出各自提高资源环境综合绩效的对策措施。研究结果可为山东省经济与资源环境的协调、可持续发展提供决策参考。%Improvement of resource and environmental performance index (REPI) is the key to real-izing the economic sustainable development.Geographic Information System(GIS),entropy,weightde syn-thesis and radar map methods are employed to provide theoretical assessment of REPI.1 7 cities of Shan-dong province,the REPI is assessed from time changes,rank changes and spatial variation in the year of 2007-2011.Based on this,the different resource-environmental pressure performances classified after a-nalysis the overall trend of its changing.The result shows that the resource and environmental performance space distribution of Shandong Province in 2011 is the trend of East higher than West,North higher than South.The REPI is decreasing in the year 2007-2011.From the evaluation of the pressure on resources and the environment,it can be divided into 5 categories.For each type of cities,the countermeasures are put forward to improve comprehensive performance of resources and environment.The result of the research can make the reference of the economy and resource-environment coordinate,sustainable development.
