采用一步恒电位沉积的方法在玻碳电极上沉积纳米金颗粒,并运用循环伏安法对 nano-Au/GCE的电化学性质进行了研究。结果表明,该修饰电极具有比表面积大、导电能力高等优点。另外,该文研究了8种不同的环境污染物在 nano-Au/GCE修饰电极上的电化学行为,结果表明8种环境污染物在此修饰电极上有较高的检测灵敏度。因此,可以采用 nano-Au/GCE修饰电极对一些有机污染物达到高灵敏的检测效果。%In this paper,we used the method that gold nanoparticles were directly electrodeposited onto the glassy carbon electrode via a constant potential.The electrochemical behavior of the resulting electrode (nano-Au/GCE)was characterized by cyclic voltammetry.The results indicated that the nano-Au/GCE ex-hibited large surface area,and excellent electrocatalytic activity.Besides,we studied the electrochemistry response of eight environmental pollutants at the nano-Au/GCE.The results indicated that the modified e-lectrode exhibited substantial enhancement in electrochemical sensitivity for eight environmental pollutants Based on this,the modified electrode could be applied to direct determination of environmental pollutants with higher sensitivity.
