It has far -reaching significance for national economic development and social progress to inherit and carry forward the essence of Luban culture, improve workers' industry self - confidence and pride,carry forward the spirit of modern craftsmen,build dreams with ingenuity,and strive to realize the Chinese dream. Starting from the current situation of national economy and the reality of employees and students in vocational colleges,this paper analyses the relationship between Luban culture and modern craftsman spirit,and probes into how to inherit and develop Luban culture from three levels of colleges,enterprises and society,and how to combine it with modern craftsman spirit.
