In this article, the scientific research and analysis be held to the influence of a college 2013 sophomore students after school time distribution on their physical health, mental health and ability to learn by using questionnaire survey and experimental research and data analysis of least squares. It come to conclusion, there is very good effect on improve the physique condition, adjust the psychological health, and improved significantly, develop better habits by moderate amount of physical exercise, games , and appropriate learning time.%采用问卷调查及实验研究和偏最小二乘数据分析,对某高校2013级部分大二学生就课余时间分配对其生理健康、心理健康和学习能力的影响进行了系统的研究和分析。分析结果表明,适量的体育锻炼和游戏,恰当的学习时间对学生体质状况改善,心理健康调节有很好的效果,并且学生成绩也有显著的提高,使学生养成更好的生活习惯。
