泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical application of lauromacrogol foam sclerosing agent in the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins , and analyse the therapeutic effect .Methods From October 2011 to May 2014, 126 cases of lower extremity varicose vein patients diagnosed and got treatment in our hospital as the research object , they were randomly divided into study group and control group .Patients in the study group using foam sclerosing agent lauromacrogol for the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins , patients in the control group using the traditional great saphenous vein high ligation treatment of trunk and stripping operation .The phase I cure rate, the total cure rate, operation time, postoperative ambulation of patients , intraoperative blood loss , length of incision , the average hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reaction , recurrence rate of the two groups were compared .Results The phase one cure rate and total cure rate of group A were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).The operation time, postoperative ambulation time, intraoperative blood loss , length of incision and the average hospitalization time of study group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Patients were followed up for three months after operation , the recurrence rate of the study group (3.17%) was significantly lower than the control group (15.87%), with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusions Lauromacrogol foam sclerosing agent injection in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity is a minimally invasive treatment method which is safe , feasible, effective and less complication.%目的：探讨泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床应用，分析其治疗效果。方法收集我院2011年10月至2014年5月期间诊治的126例下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象，随机分成研究组和对照组，研究组采用泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇对下肢静脉曲张注射治疗，对照组采用传统的大隐静脉主干高位结扎并抽剥术的方法治疗，对两组患者的一期治愈率、总治愈率、术中操作时间、术后下地行走时间、术中出血量、切口长度、平均住院时间及不良反应发生率、复发率进行比较。结果研究组的一期治愈率、总治愈率均显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）；研究组的术中操作时间、术后下地行走时间、术中出血量、切口长度以及平均住院时间明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）；研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）；术后三个月的随访中，研究组复发率（3．17％）明显低于对照组（15．87％），有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇注射治疗下肢静脉曲张是安全、可行、近期疗效确切且并发症少的微创治疗方法。
