两种不同肾囊肿去顶减压术患者的康复效果比较

摘要

目的：比较两种肾囊肿去顶减压术的康复效果。方法将46例单纯性肾囊肿患者按就诊顺序奇偶数法分组，分为对照组和观察组各23例。对照组采用传统开放性肾囊肿去顶减压术，观察组采用经脐单孔腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术。观察两组患者术后切口疼痛程度、术后最快下床活动时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、患者对切口美容效果满意度。结果两组患者切口疼痛程度、术后最快下床活动时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、切口美容效果满意度比较均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术可减轻患者术后切口疼痛，促使患者早期下床活动，胃肠道功能快速恢复，病人对切口美容效果满意度高。提高护理工作效率，保证护理质量。%Objective To compare the rehabilitation effect of infiltrating umbilical single port laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and decompression operation and the traditional openness ones.Methods 46 patients with simple renal cyst were divided into the control group and observation group with 23 cases of each group according to the parity.Control group adopted the traditional openness ones and observation group applied the infiltrating umbilical single port laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and decompression operation.Results We observed the postoperative incision pain degree of patients, the fastest time for exercise after operation, recovery time of gastrointestinal and the incision cosmetic effect satisfaction.There were significance in these comparison (P <0.05).Conclusions The infiltrating umbilical single port laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and decompression operation can significantly relieve patients'postoperative incision pain, promote early ambulation, fasten the recovery of gastrointestinal function and patients give highly satisfaction with incision cosmetic effect.In a word, it can improve nursing work efficiency and guarantee the nursing quality.
