延续护理在佩戴角膜塑形镜治疗青少年近视中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To discuss the curative affect of continual nursing for adolescent myopia wearing orthokeratology lens.Methods 68 teenagers wearing orthokeratology lens were divided randomly into two groups, 34 cases for each group.Continual nursing for one group and normal nursing foe another.After the first week, the first month and the third month, test and compare the eyesight and diopter of all the cases.Results For the continual nursing group, after the first month and the third month, the eyesight (1.07 ±0.13 vs 1.12 ± 0.09) and the diopter (-0.45 ±0.18 vs -0.36 ±0.13), the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions During the period of wearing orthokeratology lens for treating myopia, continual nursing can improve naked vision and reduce diopter remarkably of the teenagers, it is worth applying in nursing work.%目的：探讨研究延续护理对佩戴角膜塑形镜治疗青少年近视疗效的影响。方法将在我院通过佩戴角膜塑形镜治疗近视的青少年68例（132眼）随机分成延续护理组和常规护理组，各34例（66眼），两组患者在院期间护理方案相同，出院后常规护理组采用传统门诊随诊护理，延续护理组采用延续护理，检测并比较两组患者在佩戴角膜塑形镜后1周，1个月，3个月时的视力、屈光度。结果延续护理组在戴镜后1个月、3个月视力分别为（1．07±0．13）和（1．12±0．09），屈光度分别为（－0．45±0．18）和（－0．36±0．13），与同期对照组相比明显改善，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论佩戴角膜塑形镜治疗近视期间实施延续护理，可以显著提高青少年患者的裸眼视力，降低屈光度，值得在护理工作中推广应用。
