兔耳增生性瘢痕组织厚度和羟脯氨酸含量变化

         

摘要

Objective To clarify the relationship between the collagen and the thickness in hypertrophic scarofrabbitears,toprovidebasicdataforestablishingtheanimalmodelofhypertrophicscar.Methods 20 2~3kg male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into model group and control group and control group without any treatment;the model group was established in the ventral side of the rabbit ears to establish 3 diameter 5cm round skin defect, sampling 20, 40, 60d after modeling respectively, with HE staining and hydroxyproline detection.Differed in the relative thickness between the observation time and the contents of hydroxyproline hyperplasia.Results Compared with the control group, the content of hydroxyproline in model group increased significantly.The two groups had significant differences, P <0.01.With the extension of observation time of the model group, the relative thickness and hydroxyproline content of hyperplastic tissue increased gradually, and had significant differences, P<0.01.Conclusions The animal model of hypertrophic scar in rabbit ears is suitable for the human disease model of hypertrophic scar.%目的:阐明兔耳增生性瘢痕模型中胶原蛋白与增生厚度的关系,为建立增生性瘢痕动物模型提供基础资料。方法20只2~3kg雄性新西兰大白兔随机分为模型组和对照组,对照组不进行任何处理;模型组兔耳腹侧建立3个直径5 cm圆形全层皮肤缺损,造模后20、40、60 d,分别取材,进行HE染色和羟脯氨酸检测,对比各观察时间点羟脯氨酸含量和增生组织相对厚度差异。结果与对照组相比,模型组羟脯氨酸的含量明显增多,两组比较具有显著差异,P<0.01,随着模型组观察时间的延长,增生组织相对厚度和羟脯氨酸含量逐渐提高,具有显著差异,P<0.01。结论兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型适用于作为人增生性瘢痕的疾病模型。
