防逆留置针用于小儿静脉输液治疗中的效果观察

摘要

Objective To study the clinical application effects of safety I.V.catheter in children. Methods 120 patients received the venous infusion based on indwelling needle during September 2013 and September 2014 in our pediatrics were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group adopted the conventional indwelling needle while the observation group adopted the safety I.V.catheter.During the treatment, the average times of returning blood, times of blocking catheter, times of washing catheter, indwelling time and degree of satisfaction of two groups were observed.Results The average times of returning blood, times of blocking catheter, times of washing catheter and indwelling time ofobservation group were significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of observation group (98.33%) was significantly higher than that of control group (86.67%) (P <0.05). Conclusions For pediatric venous infusion, safety I.V.catheter has an obvious effect, it can reduce the times of returning blood and blocking catheter, prolong the indwelling time and improve the degree of satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.%目的：研究小儿静脉输液使用防逆留置针的临床效果。方法选取120例我院2013年9月至2014年9月期间儿科适用于留置针静脉输液的患儿。将所有患儿按随机抽样法分为两组各60例。其中60例患儿使用常规留置针进行静脉输液作为对照组，另60例患儿使用防逆留置针进行静脉输液作为观察组。观察两组患儿在留置针期间平均回血次数、堵管次数、冲管次数、留置针留置时间以及家长满意度等。结果留置针期间，观察组患儿回血次数、堵管次数、冲管次数以及留置时间均好于对照组，P＜0．05；而调查患儿家长满意度发现，观察组患儿家长满意度高达98．33％，远高于对照组患儿家长的86．67％，P＜0．05。结论防逆留置针在小儿静脉输液中效果显著，可明显减少回血、堵管等现象，留置时间长，家长满意度高，值得临床应用及推广。
