目的：观察分析手法复位＋改良式单髋人字石膏外固定与传统悬吊式治疗婴儿股骨干骨折的临床治疗效果。方法选取2012年1月至2013年3月在我院接受治疗的88例婴幼儿股骨干骨折患者，将其随机分为两组，对照组采用传统悬吊式治疗方式，观察组采用手法复位＋改良单髋人字石膏外固定法对患者进行治疗，并观察两组治疗的效果。结果两组患者经过治疗之后，经过3～12个月的跟踪随访，观察组44例患者全部治愈，治愈率100％；对照组44例患儿中35例患者治愈，治愈率79．5％，组间差异明显，P＜0．05。结论采用手法复位＋改良单髋人字石膏外固定治疗婴幼儿股骨干骨折是一种非常有效的方法，患者痛苦小，可以门诊治疗，治疗费用低，恢复效果好，是一种值得在临床上推广的治疗手段。%Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of manual reduction +Improved single hip spica cast immobilization treatment of infants with conventional suspended femoral shaft fractures. Methods 88 cases of infants and young children from January, 2012 to March, 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the control group were used traditional suspended treatment, the observation group were treated with practices reset +improved single hip spica cast immobilization method, treatment for the two groups were analyzed.Results The two groups of patients after treatment, followed up after 3 to 12 months, 44 patients in the observation group were cured, the cure rate was 100%;44 cases of patients in the control group of 35 patients were cured, the cure rate was 79.5%, there was statistical significance ( P <0.05 ). Conclusions Manual reduction +Improved single hip spica cast fixation of femoral shaft fractures in infants is a very effective way, little pain, can get out-patient treatment, is the low cost of treatment, recovery effect is good, which is worth clinical promotion of treatment.
