充填式无张力和平片无张力疝修补术对腹股沟疝气的治疗效果比较

摘要

Objective To investigate the efficacy of filling tension and plain film tension hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods 164 cases of inguinal hernia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by randomly digital method, 82 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given filling tension hernia repair, and patients in observation group were given plain film tension hernia repair.The clinical efficacy, various indicators and surgery complications of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.90%, there was no significant difference compared with control group (95.12%) (P>0.05).The various surgery index of observation group were significantly better than that in control group (P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 4.88%, which was significantly lower than control group (15.85%) (P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with filling tension hernia repair, the operating of flat sheet tension in hernia repair of inguinal hernia is simple, the effect is significant, and complications is fewer, worthy of promotion and use.%目的：探讨充填式无张力和平片无张力疝修补术对腹股沟疝气的治疗效果。方法选取腹股沟疝气患者164例，数字随机法分为观察组和对照组，每组82例，对照组给予充填式无张力疝修补术治疗，观察组给予平片无张力疝修补术治疗。对两组临床疗效、各手术指标及并发症发生情况进行观察。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95．12％与对照组的93．90％无明显差异（P＞0．05）；观察组手术各指标均明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）；观察组并发症发生率为4．88％，显著低于对照组的15．85％（P＜0．05）。结论与充填式无张力疝修补术相比，平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气操作简单，效果显著，并发症少，值得推广与使用。
