目的：探讨并分析在子宫肌瘤切除术中临床护理路径的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年8月至2013年11月期间收治的70例子宫肌瘤患者，采用随机分组的方式将患者平均分成观察组和对照组，对观察组患者行临床路径护理，对照组患者行常规护理，然后对两组患者的恢复情况及相应有关指标进行分析和比对。结果相比于对照组，观察组患者的住院时间，住院费用明显较低，而且护理满意度也明显高于对照组患者（P＜0．05）。结论对子宫肌瘤切除术患者行临床护理路径，不仅能够提高患者的护理满意度，还在保证治疗效果的基础上降低了住院时间和住院费用，一举两得，因此在临床中值得借鉴并推广。%Objective This paper was to study and analyze the application effect of clinical nursing path in uterine myomectomy.Methods 70 patients with uterine fibroids and admitted in our hospital during August 2012 and November 2013 were selected as research subject.Patients were divided into observation group and control grouprandomly, patients in the observation group received clinical nursing path whilepatients in control group were given routine nursing care, and the recovery of the two groups and related indexes were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with control group, the patients in observation group with less hospital stay, lowerhospital inpatient costs and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of clinical nursing pathin patients received myomectomy, not only can improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, also reduces the length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenseson the basis of guarantee treatment effect, kill two birds with one stone, so it worthy of reference and popularization in clinical.
