匹多莫德片对中老年二期梅毒患者的辅助疗效分析

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of Pidotimod tablets on the serum TRUST titer in middle-aged patients with secondary syphilis.Methods The 40 confirmed cases of middle-aged patients with secondary syphilis were divided into two groups, benzathine penicillin G sodium was used in the control group while pidotimod tablets plus benzathine penicillin G sodium was used in the treatment group.TRUST titers between the two groups were compared.Results In comparison to Benzathine penicillin G sodium alone, pidotimod tablets plus benzathine penicillin G sodium significantly improved TRUST titers and the serum effective rates after first 3-months treatment(P<0.05), Afterward, there were no differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After the two-year follow-up, the serological cure rates in the treatment group and control group were 80.95%(17/21) and 57.89%(11/19) respectively.Conclusions Pidotimod tablets adjuvant therapy can accelerate the reduction of TRUST titer in middle-aged patients with secondary syphilis and may improve the TRUST titer negative rate.%目的：观察匹多莫德片辅助治疗中老年二期梅毒患者对其血清TRUST滴度的影响情况，探讨免疫调节剂在中老年二期梅毒临床治疗中的实际意义。方法将确诊的40例中老年二期梅毒患者分为治疗组（苄星青霉素钠＋匹多莫德片）与对照组（苄星青霉素钠），观察两组患者的血清学变化情况。结果匹多莫德片辅助治疗3个月后治疗组TRUST滴度下降幅度以及血清显效率显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05），而在其它随访时间内两组差异均无统计学意义（P均＞0．05）。另外，随访至2年时治疗组的TRUST滴度转阴率为80．95％（17／21），而对照组为57．89％（11／19）。结论匹多莫德片辅助治疗中老年二期梅毒能加快血清TRUST滴度下降速度，对提高TRUST滴度的转阴率有一定的帮助。
