目的：观察剖宫产术中腹壁置负压引流管在预防腹部切口感染中的效果。方法选取100例剖宫产手术患者，随机分为实验组50例，对照组50例。实验组在关腹时在皮下置一次性负压引流管，对照组不置引流管。结果置负压引流管组切口局部红肿、硬结、腹壁血肿、脂肪液化、切口感染裂开均显著少于对照组（ P＜0．01）。结论放置腹壁引流管持续负压引流可降低腹部切口感染率、提高切口愈合率。%Objective To observe the effect of indwelling subcutaneous catheter in preventing abdominal incision infection after cesarean section .Methods 100 cesarean operation patients were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group , 50 cases in each .In the experimental group , a disposable negative pressure drainage tube was subcutaneous implanted , however , patients in the control group did not get the negative pressure drainage .Results In the negative pressure drainage tube group , the rate of swelling, induration, incision fat liquefaction , abdominal wall hematoma , split and incision infection were significantly less than the control group ( P <0.001 ) .Conclusions The placement of continuous negative pressure drainage with indwelling subcutaneous catheter can reduce the incision infection rate , improve the healing rate.
