目的：探讨E-cadherin、vimentin在不同病理分期宫颈癌中的表达及意义,进而阐述上皮-间质转化在宫颈癌中的作用。方法采用免疫组化方法检测101例宫颈癌组织中E-cadherin、vimentin表达情况,分析两者的表达与病理分期的相关性。结果101例宫颈癌病理分期如下：ⅠA(15例,14.85%),ⅠB(40例,39.60%),ⅡA(27例,26.73%),ⅡB(13例,12.87%),ⅢA(4例,3.96%),ⅢB(2例1.98%)；E-cadherin、vimentin在各组中表达具有差异性,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义,且两者呈负相关。结论 E-cadherin、vimentin在不同病理分期宫颈癌中的表达存在差异性,进而说明上皮-间质转化在宫颈癌的发生、发展过程中起到关键的作用。%Objective To discuss the expression and significance of E-cadherin and vimentin in cervical carcinoma at different pathological stages, and thereby elaborating the role of epithelial-mesenchymal transition in cervical carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the expressions of E-cadherin and vimentin in 101 cases of cervical carcinoma tissues, and the correlations between their expressions and pathological staging were explored. Results Among the 101 cases of cervical carcinoma, pathological staging revealed 15 cases (14.85%) in stage IA, 40 (39.60%) in stage IB, 27 (26.73%) in stage IIA, 13 (12.87%) in stage IIB, 4 (3.96%) in stage IIIA and 2 (1.98%) in stage IIIB. The expressions of E-cadherin and vimentin showed differences among each group. Comparison between groups demonstrated statistically significant differences and a negative correlation in their expressions. Conclusions The expressions of E-cadherin and vimentin are different in cervical carcinoma at different pathological stages, suggesting that epithelial-mesenchymal transition plays a key role in the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma.
