Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing in operation room, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing work.Methods 80 patients, who treated in surgery room of our hospital during January 2014 and December 2014, were chose as research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each.Patients in control group was given routine nursing care, however, patients in observation group carried out humanistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing care.Preoperative sleep quality, perioperative blood pressure, incision healing and complications were observed, and patients'satisfaction on nursing of the two groups was compared.Results During their stay in hospital, the total satisfaction of the observation group was 100%, while the control group was 80%, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05).After the application of humanistic nursing, preoperative sleep effective rate, the rate of wound healing of observation group were (90%and 87.5%) significantly higher than those in control group (67.5% and 55%) (P<0.05).The rate of heart rate increase, preoperative blood pressure increase rate and complication incidence of observation group(15%, 22.5% and 10%) respectively were significantly lower than control group (25%, 47.5% and 22.5%), with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusions The application of humanistic nursing model in the operating room can effectively improve the patient's postoperative recovery, and ensure the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction.%目的 探讨人性化护理在手术室护理工作中的效果,为今后的临床护理工作提供思路. 方法 选取2014年1月至2014年12月期间在我院手术室等手术治疗的80例患者作为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上开展人性化护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度,并观察两组患者的术前睡眠质量、围术期血压、切口愈合以及并发症发生情况.结果 (1)住院期间,观察组的护理总满意度为100%,对照组的总满意度为80%,观察组明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义,P<0.05. (2)经人性化护理后,观察组术前有效睡眠率、切口愈合率分别为90%、87.5%,均明显高于对照组(67.5%、55%),具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组的心率增加率、术前血压增高率以及并发症发生率分别为15%、22.5%以及10%,均明显低于对照组(25%、47.5%以及22.5%),具有统计学意义,P<0.05. 结论 人性化护理模式在手术室护理工作中,可以有效提高患者的术后恢复情况,保证护理质量与护理满意度.
