民办高职院校思想政治理论课实践教学提升学生职业素养的路径探讨

         

摘要

The practice teaching mode of“situational involvement”, aiming at enhancing students’professionalism in civil-ian-run vocational colleges, is put forward on the basis of Marxist epistemology and constructivism learning theory and the realis-tic situation of civilian-run vocational colleges. In practice, teachers must make the socialist core value system become the value of students. They should apply three types of practical teaching, which are the situational feeling type, the situational experience type and the situational ascension type, to develop and foster students’basic good qualities, such as moral personality, vocational ideal, team spirit, professional dedication spirit and the etiquette and moral.%思想政治理论课“情境参与”实践教学是立足民办高职学生职业素养提高的一种实践教学模式。该模式是依据马克思主义的认识论和建构主义的学习理论以及民办高职院校的实际提出的。在实施中,必须抓住用社会主义核心价值观为学生铸魂这个核心,运用情境感受型、情境体验型和情境提升型实践教学三个路径,重点开发和培育学生的道德人格、职业理想、团队意识、敬业精神和道德礼仪素养等基本德性素质。
