The paper devotes to a discussion on the traditional houses with the typical and regional characters in Shandong. The building up of the traditional houses full of local features integrates with the distinctive land and the local raw building materials; it takes a good reflection of the life style and the environment of the local people. These houses will be divided into several types by the district environments and discussed through a comparison between the traditional houses in Shandong are traditional houses of Huizhou and Jiangnan. With the analysis and investigation of the characters of houses in Shandong, this paper will also introduce a reliable method for a better study of traditional houses in Shandong.%山东民居具有鲜明的地域特点，能够反映当地居民的生活环境和生活方式．绝大部分民居因势而建，就地取材，具有典型的地方特色．将山东民居按照地域环境划分为5大类并且加以论述，而且通过山东民居与徽州民居和江南水乡民居相比较，对山东民居的特点进行了分析探讨，为研究山东民居提供了可靠有力的依据．
