随着我国工程建设的规模越来越大,模板工程设计施工中常出现一些问题,模板支撑坍塌事故时有发生,行业对其设计施工的要求越来越高.以青岛某写字楼工程为例,采用品茗模板设计软件对模板工程进行三维建模,将其前期设计、安全验算、施工管理放在同一平台上,提高设计和施工效率,直观、快捷地对工人进行技术交底,解决了模板工程设计和施工过程存在的问题,为以后施工人员编制施工方案及技术交底提供一种新的方法.%Along with the growing scale of the current our country construction engineering, some problems in the formwork design and construction, the occurrence of collapse accidents are in great need of settlement in the design and construction of formwork.This paper with an office building in Qingdao as an example makes use of the Pinming formwork design software for 3D modeling of formwork, and makes the preliminary design, safety check, construction management on the same platform to improve the efficiency of design and construction, intuitive, quick to workers for technical disclosure, and to solve the above-mentioned problems in formwork design and construction process.It is hoped to prospect the application and the development of BIM technology in foundation pit engineering and provide a new method for worker construction plan and technical clarification.
