金属焊丝盘数控设备关键弯曲机构设计与分析

     

摘要

针对塑料焊丝盘在报废后很难自然降解的问题,本文设计了金属焊丝盘三维数控成型设备的弯曲机构.金属焊丝盘是由8个相同的骨架单元经过弯曲加工成型,然后通过拼焊而成.通过分析金属焊丝盘的结构,设计了1次和2次弯曲结构的方案,最终形成了1次弯曲机构和2次弯曲机构的三维装配图,并对2次弯曲机构的电机进行选型.利用有限元分析软件AnsysWorkbench,对金属焊丝盘2次弯曲模具的整个系统进行了模态分析.分析结果表明,2次弯曲模具第一阶固有频率为123.037 Hz,远远高于电机的激振频率;并且2次弯曲模具整个系统不会发生共振.该设计对金属焊丝盘三维数控成型设备的研究具有重要的意义.%The wire disc is divided into two types:one is the plastic wire,and the other the metal wire,wire plate mainly in domestic mainly plastic.With many countries to improve environmental standards,the plastic wire in the scrap is difficult for natural degradation,bringing certain pressure to environmental protection,therefore,the metal wire disk instead of plastic wire is a kind of inevitable trend.Aiming at this problem,this paper provides the design of bending mechanism of metal wire forming 3D NC key equipment.Metal wire plate is composed of eight identical skeleton units after bending,and then welded together.By analyzing the structure of metal wire,we design 1 and 2 times bending curved structure schemes,and finally form the 1 bending mechanism of 3D assembly 2 times bending mechanism,the motor and the 2 bending mechanism selection.Using finite element analysis software Ansys workbench,the metal wire 2 disc bending mold of the entire system modal analysis is carried out.Through the analysis we can see that 2 times the bending die for the first natural frequency is 123.037 Hz,far higher than the excitation frequency of the motor,while the 2 bending die system resonance does not occur.
