校企合作育人的路径探索——以宁夏财经职业技术学院物业管理专业为例

摘要

While concerning about the talents quality the enterprises need,Higher Vocational Colleges are to attach great importance to the quality of talents cultivation.While concerning about the education,the enterprises are to attach the great importance to talents quality needed in the future development.It is the foundation of the talents cultivation in the college-enterprise cooperation.We have established favorable cooperation relationships with enterprises through establishing the advisory committee of the professional construction,participating in the activities of associations,cooperation with enterprises in training staff,hiring professionals as part-time teachers,and establishing the training base cooperating with enterprises.We have explored the education path in college-enterprise cooperation on such aspects as formulating the scheme of talents cultivation,course constitution,practice teaching,and the follow-up survey on the graduate quality.%高职院校关注企业对人才素质的要求，就是关注人才的培养质量；企业关注教育教学，
