公众移动阅读行为比较研究--以青岛市图书馆用户为例

摘要

移动互联网时代的公众移动阅读行为体现出多元化特征。以问卷的方式，面向山东省青岛市图书馆用户进行移动阅读的行为调查。结果表明：在移动互联网时代，移动阅读已经普遍为社会公众所接受。与青年学生相比，公众移动阅读频次相对较少，但单次阅读时间更长，在移动阅读场景和时间选择方面也会受到更多因素制约。建议图书馆应当明确公众移动阅读的个性化需求，补充“浅显、简短”的移动阅读资源，为用户提供阅读推荐和导读服务。%In the mobile internet era ,the public mobile reading behavior is characterized by diver‐sity .T his paper adopts the questionnaire survey to make investigation on the mobile reading behaviors of the library users in Qingdao of Shandong province .According to the results ,mobile reading has been widely accepted by the public in the mobile internet era .Compared with the young students ,the frequency of the public mobile reading is relatively little ,but their single reading time is longer and their choice in the scenes and time of mobile reading is limited by more factors .It is suggested that the libraries should clarify the personalized demand of the public mobile reading and supplement simple and short mobile reading resources and provide reading recommendation and guidance service for the users .
