当下“单独二孩”政策下女大学生就业问题探究

摘要

T he realization of employment equity for female graduates is one important symbol of social civilization .And it's also one difficult problem that must be solved in building the harmonious society .It's involved in the civilization ,progress and sustainable development of the society .The de‐velopment of the reform in political ,economic and cultural systems in our country ,and the promotion of the selective two‐child policy since 2014 have brought intense pressure to the employment of female graduates .It has become a more and more prominent social problem ,which has aroused the wide at‐tention of the society and has entered the public policy field of the government gradually .This paper makes discussion on the influence of the selective two‐child policy on the employment of the female graduates and tries to put forward the solutions to promote the employment of the female graduates based on the mobile internet grow th .%女大学生实现就业公平是社会文明的重要标志，是构建和谐社会必须解决的难题，关乎社会的文明与进步和可持续发展。随着我国社会政治、经济、文化体制改革进一步深入，特别是2014年推进了“单独二孩”政策，女大学生就业成为更加突出的社会问题，受到了社会大众的普遍关注，并逐渐进入政府的公共政策视野。通过探究“单独二孩”政策对女大学生就业的影响，探索性地提出基于移动互联网发展促进女大学生就业的解决之道。
