牛鼻山水道事故原因探讨

NiuBiShan water channel is located at Xiangshan coast,which is the main route of small vessels heading north or south.This channel is of high-risk of accident,which has inseparable connection with its special geographical environment,navigation environment and poor quality of crew.Through the accident characteristics analysis,the paper puts forward corresponding measures,which will hopefuly reduce accident effectively.%牛鼻山水道地处象山沿岸,是小型船舶南北航行主要航路。该航路事故高发,究其原因与其特殊的地理环境、通航环境及小型船船员素质有着不可分割的联系。通过事故特点分析,本文提出针对性措施,望有效遏制事故多发态势。
