低温冷藏对亚洲玉米螟蛹发育及成虫繁殖力的影响

     

摘要

研究了亚洲玉米螟(Ostrinia furnacalis)蛹低温冷藏(T=4~6℃、RH=70±10%)不同时间对蛹的发育历期、羽化率和成虫产卵量、卵的历期、卵的孵化率的影响.结果表明,低温冷藏5、10、15 d蛹的发育历期与对照无显著差异,冷藏20 d以上蛹的发育历期显著缩短;冷藏15 d以上的蛹的羽化率比对照显著降低,冷藏20 d的羽化率仅为29.50%,冷藏30 d不能羽化.低温冷藏对成虫的生殖力也有影响,冷藏5 d其成虫的产卵量、卵的孵化率与对照无差异,冷藏10、15和20 d的平均单雌产卵量分别为122.54、115.85和18.3粒,孵化率分别为92.25%、88.35%和65.25%,比对照(309.76粒和97.50%)显著降低,但卵的发育历期均无差异.研究结果表明,在4~6℃、RH70±10%条件下,亚洲玉米螟蛹低温冷藏最佳时间为5 d,最长时间不要超过15 d.%The influence on pupae developmental duration, emergency rate and adult fecundity, egg developmental duration as well as egg hatching rate were studied of Ostrinia furnacalis pupae by low refrigerated stored(T=4~6℃, RH=70±10%)at different time.The results showed that the developmental duration of pupae were not significant difference compared with the controls, while the pupae stored at low temperature for 5, 10, 15 days.However, that of pupae by low temperature refrigeration for 20 days was significantly lower than the controls.The emergency rate of pupae refrigeration stored more than 15 days were significantly lower than the controls, and that of the pupae stored for 20 days was only 29.50%, and cannot emergence after stored 30 days.Low temperature storage also influenced adult fecundity, the numbers of egg and hatching rate per female by low temperature stored pupae for 5 day had no significant difference compared with control.The average numbers of laid eggs per female when pupae stored 10, 15 and 20 days were 122.54, 115.85 and 18.3, the hatching rate were 92.25%, 88.35% and 62.5% respectively, they were significant lower than that of control (309.76 and 97.50%).The egg developmental duration had no difference for all the low temperature storage time.For the conclusion, the best refrigeration stored time of pupae was 5 days under 4~6℃, RH 70±10% condition, and the longest stored time was not more than 15 days.
