吡啶催化L-谷氨酸消旋机理的探讨

摘要

Racemic phenomenon of imide acid product will appear,when the condensation reaction of L-glutamic acid and phthalic anhydride is under catalysis of pyridine. By tracking and analysing,optical rotation in process of the reaction was found in a straight line decreasing. On the basis of the result,and combining with the molecular structure of L-glutamic acid,racemic mechanism of the reaction system was explored.%以L-谷氨酸和邻苯二甲酸酐为反应原料，吡啶为催化剂，所得的产物酰亚胺酸会出现外消旋化反应。通过对反应过程中旋光度的跟踪测试与分析，发现吡啶在起催化作用的同时还使反应体系的旋光度呈直线减弱，在此结果的基础上，再结合谷氨酸的分子结构特点，分析探讨了该反应体系的消旋机理。
