耐高温缓蚀剂的制备及缓蚀性能研究

         

摘要

The synthesis of quaternary ammonium salt with 1 ∶ 1.1 molar ratio was prepared by the reaction of quinoline and benzyl chloride as the basic reactants. The quaternary ammonium salt was used as the main agent of high temperature corrosion inhibitor. The corrosion inhibition effect of the corrosion inhibitor was tested by high temperature static weight loss method. Through continuous experimental synthesis and testing,the optimal synthesis conditions of the inhibitor were found out. At the same time, through the control experiment and single factor experiment, the final compound reagent and the composition of the corrosion inhibitor were explored. Finally in the main agent synthesis conditions:reaction temperature is 150 ℃,reaction time was 5h;and with synergistic agent,surface active agent of the integrated compound made corrosion inhibition efficiency increased significantly,the corrosion rate of the samples under the quinoline quaternary ammonium salt,the main agent ∶ propargyl alcohol ∶ formic acid ∶ OP-10=63 ∶ 25 ∶ 16 ∶ 6 was 44.5 g/m2 h,had a good corrosion inhibition effect.%利用喹啉和氯化苄为原料,按照1∶1.1摩尔比合成喹啉季铵盐。将喹啉季铵盐作为耐高温缓蚀剂的主要成分,与表面活性剂、丙炔酮等复配得到缓蚀剂。通过高温静态失重法对缓蚀剂样品的缓蚀效果进行测试。通过系列合成条件以及测试摸索出缓蚀剂的最佳合成条件。与此同时,通过对照实验以及单因素实验探索出缓蚀剂的最佳复配配方。缓蚀剂的最佳合成条件:反应温度150℃,反应时间5 h。之后通过与增效剂、表面活性剂的复配使得缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果明显提高,即在喹啉季铵盐∶丙炔醇∶甲酸∶ OP-10=63∶25∶6∶6的条件下,样品的腐蚀速率为44.5 g/m2 h,取得较好的缓蚀效果。
