气相色谱法测定960g/L异丙甲草胺乳油中有效成分含量的不确定度评估

摘要

应用测量不确定度评定与表达的理论,以气相色谱法测定异丙甲草胺含量为例,分析了各种不确定度分量的来源并加以评定,计算合成不确定度及扩展不确定度,得出异丙甲草胺测量不确定度表达式,为实验室质量管理和控制提供科学依据.%The measurement uncertainty evaluation and expression theory were applied to determine the content of metolachlor by GC. Sources of various uncertainties were analyzed and evaluated. To know how to express the uncertainty of the measurement of metolachlor,the synthetic uncertainty and extension uncertainty were calculated. This study provides a theoretical basis for laboratory quality management and control.
