以家庭为中心的护理模式在缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨以家庭为中心护理模式在缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿中的应用方法及临床效果.方法:将64例缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿随机分为观察组和对照组各32例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施以家庭为中心的护理模式.观察并比较两组新生儿智力和运动功能发育情况.结果:两组新生儿智力和运动发育情况比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:以家庭为中心的护理模式可有效改善缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿预后情况,促进其智力、运动功能发育,值得临床推广应用.%Objective:To explore the application method of the family-centered nursing model to nursing care of newborns with hypoxic -ischemic encephalopathy and to investigate the clinical effects.Methods:64 newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (32 cases in each group).The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the family-centered nursing model was implemented in the observation group on the basis of the routine one.The development of intelligence and motor function of the newborns were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the development of intelligence and motor function of the newborns between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The family-centered nursing model can effectively improve the prognosis of newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and promote the development of their intelligence and motor function.
