目的:探讨乳腺癌患者术后放疗不良反应及生活质量的综合护理措施及效果.方法:将56例乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各28例,观察组实施常规护理结合中西医治疗的综合护理措施,对照组实施常规护理措施,观察并比较两组患者放疗后不良反应情况及生活质量改善情况.结果:3个月放疗结束后,观察组出现不良反应17例(60.71%).对照组21例(75.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经积极护理后,两组患者各项功能性指标均较护理前显著增加,而各项症状指标评分如乏力、食欲缺乏等均较护理前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);观察组与对照组比较,改善更为明显(P<0.05).结论:常规护理结合中西医治疗的综合护理方法不仅可有效降低乳腺癌术后放疗患者的不良反应,还可以提高患者生活质量.%Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods: 56 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ( 28 cases in each group ). The routine nursing care combined with comprehensive nursing measures of TCM treatment was earned out in the observation group and the routine nursing measures were implemented in the control group. The adverse reactions and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups after radiotherapy. Results: After radiotherapy for 3 months,the adverse reactions occurred in 17 patients ( 60.71% ) in the observation group and in 21 patients (75% ) in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0. 05 ) ;the functional indices increased significantly and the scores of symptom indices such as fatigue and lack of appetite reduced after active nursing care ( P < 0. 01, P < 0. 05 );The indices improved more significantly in the observation group compared with the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The routine nursing care combined with comprehensive nursing measures of TCM treatment can not only effectively reduce the adverse reactions of radiotherapy, but also improve the quality of life of the patients with breast cancer after operation.
