医护人员对本科护士角色期待的差异性研究

摘要

Objective: To discuss the differences of doctors and nurses in the role expectation for eligible baccalaureate nurses. Methods: The cluster sampling method and questionnaire were used to investigate 440 doctors and nurses to make a research on the situation of role expectation of doctors and nurses for eligible baccalaureate nurses. Results:In the total 50 entries, the differences in the role expectations for 8 aspects like " restraining in privacy" ," responsible for the client of nursing" , " respecting patients 'informed consent right and the right to choose" and " properly handling affairs and timely adjusting the state" ,etc. were statistically significant ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion:The eligible baccalaureate nurses should have the abilities in scientific research and handling emergencies and should also have such fine qualities as respecting others and having strong responsibility.%目的:探讨医生和护士对本科护士角色期待的差异性.方法:采用整群抽样的方法抽取440名医护人员,采用调查问卷的形式进行分析,研究医护人员对本科护士角色期待的情况.结果:在50个条目中,其中"慎独,对护理对象负责"、"尊重患者知情同意和选择的权利"和"能恰当处理事务并及时调整状态"等8个方面的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在本科护士的培养中,需加强护理科研方面的学习,养成尊重他人、对工作负责的态度,提高应对突发事件的能力.
