Objective:To explore the application effect of the individualized nursing intervention during the postoperative radiotherapy for patients with malignant oral -maxillofacial tumors. Methods: 100 patients with malignant oral -maxillofacial tumors were randomly divided into the intervention and control groups ( 50 cases in each group ). The routine nursing care for patients with radiotherapy was taken in the control group and the individualized nursing intervention was implemented in the intervention group on the basis of the routine. The radiotherapy completion rate and the incidence of radioactive oral ulcer, radioactive dermatitis and bone marrow suppression were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the radiotherapy completion rate and the incidence of radioactive oral ulcer, radioactive dermatitis and bone marrow suppression between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion:The individualized nursing intervention during the postoperative radiotherapy for patients with malignant oral -maxillofacial tumors can significantly improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction of radiotherapy.%目的:探讨个体化护理干预在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者术后放疗期间的应用效果.方法:将100例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规放疗护理,干预组在此基础上实施个体化护理干预.记录并比较两组患者的放疗完成率及放射性口腔溃疡﹑放射性皮炎﹑骨髓抑制发生率.结果:干预组放疗完成率及放射性口腔溃疡﹑放射性皮炎﹑骨髓抑制发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:个体化护理干预可明显提高口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后放疗患者的生活质量,降低放疗不良反应发生率.
