目的：探讨临床护理路径（CPN）在白内障复明手术中的应用效果。方法：我院自2012年10月对白内障复明手术患者实施CPN护理，护理前后分别抽取80例白内障患者进行比较，对比两组患者手术情况以及对护理工作满意程度。结果：实施CPN护理后患者视力恢复到0．05以上占30％，脱残率为8．8％，明显优于CPN实施前；实施后，发生3例视神经萎缩，3例玻璃体混浊，总发生率为7．5％，低于实施前发生率13．8％（P＜0．05）；CPN实施后患者满意度为（96．5±2．7）分，知识知晓为（95．7±2．8）分，高于CPN实施前评分（82．7±3．6）分和（79．6±3．9）分，实施前后比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：CPN作为综合性护理模式可促进白内障复明手术患者的护理过程紧密性和连贯性，提升护理水平。%Objective :To investigate the effect of clinical nursing path in cataract operation .Methods:The clinical nursing path has been implemented to the patients with cataract operation in our hospital since October 2012 .80 patients with cataract operation were selected and divided into two groups ,and the operation and patient satisfaction with nursing service were compared between the two groups before and after nursing care .Results :The patients whose vision recovered to and above 0 .05 accounted for 30%after the implementation of clinical nursing path ,the disability removal rate was 8 .8% and significantly better than that before im-plementation of clinical nursing path ;after implementation of clinical nursing path ,optic atrophy occurred in 3 patients and vitreous opacity in 3 patients ,the total incidence was 7 .5% and lower than 13 .8% before its implementation (P<0 .05);the patient satisfac-tion was 96 .5+2 .7 points and awareness rate was 95 .7+2 .8 points after the implementation of clinical nursing path and they were respectively higher than 82 .7+3 .6 points and 79 .6+ 3 .9 points before its implementation (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :The clinical nursing path as a comprehensive nursing mode can promote the tightness and coherence of nursing process and improve the level of nursing care .
