集束化护理对青光眼患者术后视力及生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of bundle of nursing care on postoperative visual acuity and quality of life in patients with glaucoma. Methods:96 patients with glaucoma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(48 cases in each group). The routine perioperative nursing care was implemented in the control group;the bundle of nursing care was additionally provided in the observation group,the improvement of visual acuity and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:The proportion of postoperative visual acuity of 0. 5 ~ 0. 8 and > 0. 8 was higher in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05);the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group than the control group (P < 0. 05);the scores of physiological function,role physical,emotional function,social function,mental health and overall health score were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group in 3 months after discharge(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The bundle of nursing care can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the postoperative visual acuity and quality of life of the patients.%目的：探讨集束化护理对青光眼患者术后视力及生活质量的影响。方法：将96例青光眼患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例，对照组患者围术期实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施集束化护理，比较两组患者干预前后视力改善情况及生活质量。结果：观察组术后视力0.5~0.8及＞0.8的比例高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。观察组出院后3个月生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能、身体疼痛、活动、精神健康及总体健康评分显著高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：集束化护理能有效降低青光眼围术期并发症发生率，改善患者术后视力，提高患者生活质量。
