乳腺癌住院患者创伤后应激障碍相关因素分析及护理对策

摘要

Objective:To investigate the symptoms of post - traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)in hospitalized patients with breast cancer and analyze the relevant factors so as to implement targeted nursing intervention. Methods:The PTSD symptoms of 101 hospitalized patients with breast cancer were investigated and the IES - R was used to evaluate the symptoms. Results:The positive detection rate of PTSD symptoms of the patients was 26. 7% ;the PTSD symptoms of the hospitalized breast cancer patients were in mild and moderate level;age, educational level,family planning,tumor staging and response to chemotherapy were correlated with the PTSD symptoms. Conclusion:The nursing staff should have foreseeability and make a good assessment of the patients on admission in order to implement targeted nursing in-tervention and provide professional nursing guidance for the patients.%目的：调查乳腺癌住院患者创伤后应激障碍（PTSD）症状，分析相关因素并实施有针对性地护理干预。方法：对101例三甲医院的乳腺癌住院患者进行 PTSD 症状调查，采用事件冲击量表（ IES - R）进行测评。结果：PTSD 症状阳性检出率为26.7%；乳腺癌住院患者 PTSD 症状处于轻度和中度之间；年龄、文化程度、生育计划、肿瘤分期和化疗反应程度与患者 PTSD 症状有相关性。结论：护理人员应提前预警，做好患者入院评估，有针对性地实施护理干预，落实专业化护理指导，提高乳腺癌患者健康水平。
