增加双腔气囊导尿管插入长度对男性导尿效果的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of increasing the insertion length of double balloon catheter on the efficacy of urethral catheterization in male patients. Methods:78 male patients who received urethral catheterization during operation under anesthesia were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 44)and the control group(n = 34). The common double balloon catheter was convention-ally fixed after it was catheterized in the control group;the insertion length of double balloon catheter was increased and fixed after it was catheterized in the observation group. The one - time success rate of catheterization,depth of catheterization,efficacy of urethral catheteriza-tion,systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate when the patients were given urethral catheterization were compared between the two groups. Results:The one - time success rate of catheterization was 88. 2% in the control group and 100% in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0. 05);the depth of catheterization was 20. 61 ± 0. 41 cm in the control group and 30. 60 ± 0. 57 cm in the observation group(P < 0. 01);the efficacy of urethral catheterization was better in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 01);the systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate was significantly better in the observation group than the control group when the patients had the first urination(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Increasing the insertion length of double balloon catheter can effectively improve the one - time success rate of catheterization and the efficacy of urethral catheterization and can also im-prove blood pressure and heart rate of the patients when they have the first urination.%目的：探讨增加双腔气囊尿管插入长度对男性导尿效果的影响。方法：将78例麻醉手术中男性导尿患者随机分为观察组44例和对照组34例，对照组患者采用常规双腔气囊尿管置入后固定，观察组在对照组基础上增加双腔气囊尿管插入长度后固定。比较两组患者一次性插管成功率，置管深度，导尿效果及导尿时收缩压、舒张压、心率情况。结果：对照组一次性插管成功率为88.2％，观察组为100％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；对照组插管深度为（20.61±0.41）cm，观察组为（30.60±0.57）cm，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）；观察组导尿效果明显优于对照组（P ＜0.01）；首次排尿时收缩压、舒张压为、心率明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：增加双腔气囊导尿管插入长度可有效提升一次性插管成功率，提高导尿效果，改善患者首次排尿时血压及心率，值得临床推广应用。
