综合镇痛护理对胃癌开腹手术患者术后疼痛及舒适度的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effects of comprehensive analgesia nursing on patients with gastric cancer and open surgery .Meth-ods:A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group .The control group received routine nursing care after surgery ,while the observation group received comprehensive analgesia nursing based on the control group .Two groups′postoperative pain ,comfort and nursing satisfaction were compared .Results:Postoperative pain in the observation group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05),and pain call frequency on the day after the operation ,1 d and 2 d after operation was lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Comfort degree and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive analgesia nursing can significantly reduce postoperative pain,improve patient comfort and nursing satisfaction of patients with gastric cancer after open surgery .%目的:探讨综合镇痛护理对胃癌开腹手术患者的影响.方法:将80例胃癌开腹手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合镇痛护理,比较两组术后疼痛情况、舒适度及护理满意度.结果:观察组术后疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05),术后当天、术后1 d、术后2 d的疼痛呼唤频率均低于对照组(P<0.05),舒适度和护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:综合镇痛护理能够明显减轻胃癌开腹手术患者术后疼痛,提高患者舒适度和护理满意度.
