目的：探讨中医辨体调质护理对社区老年2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者生存质量的影响。方法：将218例老年 T2DM 患者随机分为观察组112例和对照组106例，对照组接受常规健康管理，观察组在此基础上给予中医辨体调质护理，比较两组干预前后生存质量特异性量表（DSQL）评分与相关临床指标变化情况。结果：观察组痰湿质占29.5%、气虚质占18.8%，干预后 DSQL 评分及相关临床指标均明显低于对照组（P ＜0.01）。结论：实施中医辨体调质护理能显著改善社区老年 T2DM 患者的生存质量。%Objective:To explore the effect of nursing care by differentiating and regulating body constitutions based on TCM theory on quality of life of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM)in community. Methods:218 elderly patients with type 2 DM were ran-domly divided into the observation group(n = 112)and the control group(n = 106). The patients in the control group received the routine health management;the nursing care by differentiating and regulating body constitutions based on TCM theory was implemented in the ob-servation group. The scores of DSQL of the patients and the clinical indicators changes were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:The elderly patients with phlegm - dampness constitutions accounted for 29. 5% and with Qi deficiency ac-counted for 18. 8% in the observation group,the DSQL scores of the patients and related clinical indicators were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:Implementation of nursing care by differentiating and regulating body constitutions based on TCM theory can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with type 2 DM in community.
