Objective:To explore the effects of comfort nursing in elderly patients after laparoscopic surgery. Methods:A total of 76 cases of elderly patients after laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,each with 38 cases. The control group received the conventional department of urology intervention, while the intervention group on the basis of the control group received the comfort nursing care model. The positive negative emotion scale ( PANAS) was used to assess the psychological status of two groups. Systolic blood pressure ( SBP) ,heart rate and other stress changes,comfort and satisfaction with nursing care in the first day af-ter hospitalization,before anesthesia,and 24 h after the operation were compared between two groups. Results:After nursing intervention, two groups′positive and negative mood scores were improved,and the intervention group′s scores were significantly improved than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Before anesthesia and 24 h after operation,the intervention group′s SBP and heart rate fluctuation were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The comfort and nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions:Comfort care can significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients,re-duce the stress response,improve comfort and nursing satisfaction.%目的:探讨舒适护理在泌尿外科老年患者后腹腔镜手术中的应用效果.方法:将76例老年泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组各38例,对照组采用常规泌尿外科干预措施,干预组在对照组基础上予以舒适护理模式,应用正性负性情绪量表(PANAS)对两组患者心理状态予以评估,比较两组入院后第1天、麻醉前及术后24 h的收缩压(SBP)、心率等应激反应变化,舒适度及对护理满意度.结果:护理干预后,两组正性与负性情绪评分均有改善,且干预组改善程度较对照组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组麻醉前、术后24 h SBP与心率波动程度均明显小于对照组,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05);干预组舒适度、护理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05).结论:舒适护理能明显缓解患者负性情绪,减少应激反应,提高舒适度与护理满意度.
