2型糖尿病患者胃肠道症状与生活质量相关性研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the relationship between gastrointestinal symptoms and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted in 115 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by using the general information questionnaires,the gastrointestinal symptom rating scale (GSRS),and the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DSQL).Results:Gastrointestinal symptoms in type 2 diabetic patients overall incidence rate was 67％,with dyspepsia and constipation are common.Correlation analysis showed that abdominal pain,dyspepsia,constipation,eating disorders and gastrointestinal symptoms and quality oflife are significandy multidimensional correlation(P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that indigestion constipation,and eating disorder symptoms are the main influencing factors on the patients' quality of life (P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes are common.We should pay attention to the diabetic patients with gastrointestinal symptoms,positive control of gastrointestinal lesions,formulate corresponding intervention measures,provide targeted health guidelines,and improve the quality of life of patients.%目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者胃肠道症状与生活质量的关系.方法:采用一般资料调查表、胃肠道症状分级评分量表(GSRS)、糖尿病患者生活质量特异性量表(DSQL),对115例2型糖尿病患者进行横断面调查.结果:2型糖尿病患者胃肠道症状总体发生率为67％,以消化不良和便秘较常见;相关分析发现,腹痛、消化不良、便秘、进食障碍及胃肠道症状均与生活质量多维度呈显著相关性(P ＜0.05,P＜0.01);多元逐步回归分析发现,消化不良、便秘和进食障碍症状是影响患者生活质量的主要因素(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论:胃肠道症状在2型糖尿病患者中比较常见,我们应重视糖尿病患者胃肠道症状,积极控制胃肠道病变,制定相应干预措施,提供有针对性的健康指导以提高患者生活质量.
