目的:了解社区医护人员心力衰竭疾病管理知识和开展的现状,为相关培训方案提供依据.方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取南京市4个社区卫生服务中心123名医护人员,应用"社区医护人员心力衰竭疾病管理知识和开展现状调查表"进行相关调查.结果:社区医护人员心力衰竭疾病管理知识得分为(11.33±4.27)分,各条目平均正确率为40.48％;不同年龄、职业、职称知识得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心力衰竭疾病管理现状在患者用药、组织患者活动、随访、医护沟通和疾病管理信息系统方面均存在不足与困难.结论:社区医护人员心力衰竭疾病管理知识和开展的现状不容乐观,尤其是年纪轻、低职称的医护人员亟需接受心力衰竭疾病管理的针对性培训,以提高心力衰竭疾病管理知识和开展的能力.%Objective:To understand the management knowledge and current situation of heart failure disease in community medical staff,and provide the basis for the related training programs .Methods:A cluster random sampling method was used to extract 123 medical workers from 4 community health service centers in Nanjing .A questionnaire of "community health care workers′knowledge of heart failure management and current status"was applied.Results:The score of heart failure disease management knowledge was (11.33 ±4.27) points,each item average accuracy rate was 40.48％;there was a statistically significant difference in professional knowledge score of dif -ferent age and occupation(P<0.05).The current situation is that there is deficient and difficult in medication ,organizing patient activity, follow-up,communication with medical staff ,and disease management information system for heart failure management .Conclusion:The knowledge and development status of heart failure management in community medical staff is not optimistic ,especially for young and junior medical staff .It is urgent to receive targeted training for heart failure management ,so as to improve the knowledge and ability of heart fail-ure management .
