黔产金耳环不同提取部位镇痛抗炎作用研究

摘要

目的：探讨黔产金耳环不同提取部位镇痛抗炎作用效果，并初步筛选活性部位。方法：采用乙酸扭体法实验研究不同部位提取物的镇痛作用；采用二甲苯诱发小鼠耳廓肿胀模型研究不同部位提取物抗炎作用。结果：金耳环不同部位提取物对乙酸诱发小鼠腹腔剧烈疼痛的镇痛均有一定的作用，其中正丁醇提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著的抑制作用，而其他部位提取物抑制作用不明显。结论：正丁醇提取液为抗炎的主要活性部位。%Objective:To study the analgesia effects of different fractions of Asarum insigne in Guizhou province,so as to identify the effective constituents of Asarum insigne.Methods:The analgesic were ob-served with the response of writhes tests,and the effect of anti -inflammatory were studied using mice inflam-mation models induced by dimethylbenzene.Results:The extracts from different fractions of Asarum insigne reduced the acetic acid -induced pain in mice ,among which the butanol extract showed more anti -inflam-matory effect.Conclusion:The results of the mouse's ear edema by dimethylbenzene indicated the butanol extract were better that other extracts from Asarum insigne.
