目的 探讨齐拉西酮对以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的疗效与不良反应.方法 将80例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者,随机分成齐拉西酮组(n=40)和利培酮组(n=40),进行为期8周的治疗,采用阳性与阴性症状量表( PANSS)、阴性症状评定量表(SANS)评定疗效,不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应.结果 齐拉西酮与利培酮疗效相当,但不良反应发生率有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 齐拉西酮治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症疗效确切,不良反应少.%Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia dominated by negative symptoms. Methods 80 schizophrenic inpatients dominated by negative symptoms were randomized into ziprasidone group (40 cases) and risperidone group (40 cases) treated for 8 weeks. The efficacy and side effects were evaluated with Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS). Results There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups (P >0.05). However, the incidence rate of side effects in risperidone group was significantly higher than that in ziprasidone group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ziprasidone is effective and safe for the treatment of schizophrenia dominated by negative symptoms.
