目的 探讨早发性强迫症与晚发性强迫症的五羟色胺和多巴胺浓度的差异.方法 用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)及电化学探测仪测定59例早发性强迫症和60例晚发性强迫症患者血小板5-HT和DA浓度.结果 早发性强迫症患者血小板5-HT浓度均显著低于晚发性强迫症(t=3.662,P<0.05);早发性强迫症和晚发性强迫症患者血小板DA浓度无显著性差异(t=0.479,P>0.05);强迫症5-HTT中S/S、S/L和S/L+基因型强迫症组之间的5-HT浓度无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 早发性强迫症患者血小板5-HT浓度明显较晚发性强迫症降低,DA浓度与强迫症的发病年龄无明显关联.强迫症的五羟色胺浓度与五羟色胺转运体启动子区多态性无关联.%Objective To study the difference of platelet concentration of 5-HT and DA between early-onset and late-onset obsessive-compulsive disorder ( OCD ). Methods High performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection (HPLC-ECD) was used to determine the platelet concentration of 5-HT and DA in 59 early-onset and 60 late-onset OCD patients. Results The platelet concentration of 5-HT of early-onset OCD patients were significantly lower than that of late-onset OCD patients (t = 3. 662, P < 0. 05). No significant difference was found in platelet concentration of DA between early-onset and late-onset OCD patients (t = 0. 419, P > 0. 05). There was no significant difference in platelet concentration of 5-HT among patients with S/S, S/L and L/L genotype in early-onset OCD group, nor in late-onset OCD group. Conclusion The platelet concentration of 5-HT of early-onset OCD is significantly lower than that of late-onset OCD. DA concentration is not related with the age of onset of OCD. The platelet concentration of 5-HT-in OCD is not associated with the polymorphism of 5-HTTLPR gene.
