精神分裂症住院患者吸烟与认知功能相关性研究

摘要

Objective To explore the relationship between smoking and cognitive functions in inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 83 inpatients were divided into smoking group and non-smoking group according to whether they are smokers.They were assessed with general information questionnaire,self-designed smoking condition questionnaire,Fagerstrom Test of Nicotine Dependence(FTND),piCO + Smokerlyzer,Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status (RBANS) and Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS).Results Patiens in smoking group were significantly older than those in non-smoking group(P ＜0.05) and the morbidity age in smoking group was significantly later than that in non-smoking group(P ＜ 0.05).The total score of FTND showed that most patients in smoking group belonged to mild and moderate nicotine dependence.The reasons of smoking in the patients included habit (46.7％),remission (26.7％) and 60％ of the patients had tried to quit smoking.The delayed memory index score of RBANS in smoking group was significantly lower than that in nonsmoking group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There is impairment of cognitive function in the schizophrenic inpatients with smoking.%目的 探讨精神分裂症住院患者吸烟与认知功能的相关性.方法 将83例精神分裂症住院患者根据吸烟情况分为吸烟组和不吸烟组,采用一般情况调查表、自编吸烟情况调查袁、尼古丁依赖检测量表(FTND)、一氧化碳监测仪(piCO+ Smokerlyzer)、重复性成套神经心理状态测验(RBANS)和阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)进行测试.结果 吸烟组患者年龄较大、发病年龄较晚(P＜0.05).FTND的总分结果显示,吸烟组患者大多数为轻中度尼古丁依赖患者.患者吸烟的原因主要是习惯(46.7％)和缓解压力(26.7％),60％的患者曾经尝试戒烟.吸烟组RBANS的延迟记忆因子分低于不吸烟组(P＜0.05).结论 有吸烟习惯的精神分裂症住院患者存在一定的认知功能损害.
