重复超低频经颅磁刺激联合抗抑郁药物对抑郁症患者早期疗效的影响

摘要

目的 探讨超低频经颅磁刺激(ILF-rTMS)联合抗抑郁药物对抑郁症患者的早期疗效.方法 将88例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组应用ILF-rTMS帕罗西汀系统治疗,对照组仅用帕罗西汀系统治疗,观察2周.两组患者在治疗前后应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评价.结果 两组治疗后第1、2周末HAMD-24总分均较各自治疗前降低(P＜0.05),研究组治疗后第1、2周末HAMD-24总分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后第2周末研究组HAMD-24焦虑/躯体化、认知障碍因子分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 重复超低频经颅磁刺激联合帕罗西汀能提高抑郁症患者的早期疗效.%Objective To explore infra-low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation (ILF-rTMS) combined with antidepressant on early curative effect in patients with depression.Methods A total of 88 patients with depression were randomly divided into study group with ILF-rTMS combined with paroxetine and control group with paroxetine for two weeks of treatment.They were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) before and at the 1st,2nd weekend of treatment.Results At the 1st,2nd weekend of treatment,the total scores of HAMD in two groups were all significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05) and the total scores of HAMD in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).At the 2nd weekend of treatment,the anxiety/somatic,cognitive impairment factor scores of HAMD in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There is early curative effect for ILF-rTMS combined with paroxetine to treat the patients with depression.
