社区问题饮酒者综合干预对照研究

摘要

目的 探究社区问题饮酒者的现状及综合干预后饮酒情况的变化.方法 使用酒精依赖性疾患识别测验(AUDIT)筛查工具,在枣庄市某社区居民筛查问题饮酒者,在752例问题饮酒者中随机抽取360例作为研究对象,均等分组到健康咨询组、20 min干预组、长期定时干预组,并分组实施干预.观察问题饮酒者干预后第1、3、6、12个月末AUDIT评分情况和每月饮酒次数、饮酒量的变化,随访2年末再次观察AUDIT评分情况.结果 干预后第1、3、6、12个月末长期定时干预组饮酒次数低于健康咨询组和20 min干预组(P＜0.05),干预后第12个月末20 min干预组饮酒次数低于健康咨询组;干预后第6、12个月末长期定时干预组纯饮酒量低于健康咨询组和20 min干预组(P＜0.05).干预后第3、6、12、24个月末长期定时干预组AUDIT评分低于健康咨询组和20 min干预组(P＜0.05).结论 社区问题饮酒者发生率较高,长期定时干预可显著降低问题饮酒者的饮酒频率和饮酒渴求.%Objective To explore the efficacy of comprehensive intervention to improve community problem drinkers.Methods A total of 752 community problem drinkers were sifted out with Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) from one community in Zaozhuang.A total of 360 community problem drinkers were randomly divided into health advisory group,20-minutes intervention group and long-term intervention group.They were assessed with AUDIT at the end of the 1st,34,6th,12th month and 2nd year after intervention.Results At the end of the 1st,3rd,6th and 12th month,drinking times in long-term intervention group was significantly lower than that in health advisory group and 20-minutes intervention group(P ＜ 0.05);at the end of the 12th month,drinking times in 20-minutes intervention group was significantly lower than that in health advisory group (P ＜ 0.05).At the end of the 6th and 12th month,alcohol consumption in long-term intervention group was significantly lower than that in health advisory group and 20-minutes intervention group(P ＜0.05).At the end of the 3rd,6th,12th,24th month,the score of AUDIT in long-term intervention group was significantly lower than that in health advisory group and 20-minutes intervention group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion It's serious for the community problem drinkers in the community and effective for long-term comprehensive intervention to improve them.
