空空导弹固体火箭发动机舰用化关键技术分析∗

         

摘要

Aim at the air-to-air missile solid rocket marine trend, the paper gave the key technologies such as low-vulnerability, safety igni-tion and reality environment experiment, etc, by analyzing the battle environment of the aircraft carrier. Through considered the domestic actuality of the key technologies farther, some suggestions to the solid rocket motor marine project were made as follows:Found the standard and system to evaluate the low-vulnerability of solid rocket motor. Promote the engineering process of HTPE propellant and the low-vulnera-bility combustor shell technology;Make breakthroughs on the laser ignition;Develope the environment experiment equipments to simulate the arresting impact and rushing out of landing.%针对空空导弹舰用化趋势,考虑了航母作战环境,梳理出低易损发动机技术、高安全点火技术、高仿真环境试验技术等关键技术。通过进一步分析关键技术的国内现状,对目前空空导弹固体火箭发动机舰用化工作给出如下建议:建立健全固体火箭发动机低易损性相关标准和评估体系,推进HTPE推进剂工程化进程和低易损壳体技术进步;开展激光点火器关键技术攻关;开展拦阻冲击、制动冲脱等试验设备研制。
