支板构型对煤油/空气混合影响数值分析

         

摘要

为研究支板尾部结构对煤油/空气混合特性的影响,采用离散相模型对五种支板-凹腔构型的超燃燃烧室进行数值仿真,得到了对应煤油分布、涡结构和总压损失情况.结果表明,交错斜坡支板和交错楔形支板均能提高煤油组分混合效率,但也带来较大的阻力和总压损失;楔形块数少的支板更容易产生尺度大且能量大的流向涡,可有效扩展可燃混合区范围;楔形块数多的支板有利于促进近场的小尺度混合,但在远场的大尺度混合不占优势.%Numerical simulation with discrete phase model was made on scramjet combustor of five strut-cavity structures to study the influence of strut tail structure on the mixture characteristics of kerosene/air.The impacts to mixing performance, vortex structures and total pressure recoveries were obtained.Results showed that staggered slope plates and staggered wedge plates could improve the mixing efficiency of kerosene component, but it also brought greater resistance and total pressure loss.The wedge-shaped block with a small number of blocks was more prone to large-scale and large-energy streamwise vortex, which can effectively extend the combustible mixed zone.The wedge-shaped block with a large number of blocks was more conducive to the small scale mixing in the near field, but was not dominant in large scale mixing in the far field.
